“I have asked David to come to our Agency for two different staff retreats recently. The first retreat was with our Executive Team. David was asked to come in and talk with our team about leadership, teamwork and spreading the vision and mission to the masses. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had some wonderful insights into how to improve some challenges we were facing as an organization.
David did such a great job with our team of Directors that I asked him back to meet with our entire leadership team of about 30 staff over 10 different departments. We asked David to cover similar topics as his first visit, with a bit of a twist. David had a couple of hours this time, as opposed to four hours with the Directors, to discuss with our leadership staff not only challenges faced in leadership but the tools they can take back with them to improve their individual efforts. “My name is Anna Ernst, and I have been working for the Moultrie County Beacon, Inc. for the past twenty three years. I recently became the Director of Human Resources in February, 2023.
